Happy new year
It’s that time of the year again, where we make promises that we never keep. So I decided to do some of the hard work for you , and show you 10 new years resolutions that will benefit you directly .
So here I go I got 10 things that I think are great ways to improve your life your health your mood.
Remember these are jut idea’s to get you improve your life and maybe change your life.
You wouldn’t be reading this if you didn’t want some change in your life even if its just a little. Only you can make the decision to change no amount of positive encouragement or negative words used against you can make you change. Only you can decide to be different to change.
I realized at a young age that change is easy you just decide to start doing thing you want in life and stop the tings you don’t want. And you never do it again simple nothing else to it, get that into your head and you can do anything you want. I’ll give you a simple example, I decided to stop drinking for 1 year, I thought to my self it’s good for my health so why not set my self this challenge. When I get offered a drink I say no thanks not until next year or I don’t do that anymore. Simple not “im trying to stop for year or I really want to but…” NO its simple “I don’t do that anymore” or “not until next year thanks”
SO here they are 10 things you should get done in 2010 I’ll give you a link at the bottom of this list to one site that’s got all these products or services iv listed. Pick one or do them all.
1. repair your teeth if your teeth are not straight get them sorted, if they ok get them whitened, nothing says handsom/sexy like a white smile.
2. Many of us need to Lose weight other need to put on some muscle, Losing weight is about changing how and what you eat, not some short term eat healthy for awhile, it’s a lifestyle change don’t forget that.
3. One of the most rewarding talents you can give yourself is to learn a new Language, now I know this is not easy but the site below offers many and in easy to learn way. dare yourself you can do this.
4. This is the year to become more green. There is no better time totake on a project like earth4energy. Join the movement and turn your house into a self powered wonder.
5. Maybe this is your year on the stock market, now we know people are making loads of money so why not you, If you are willing to sit down and learn some stuff your far ahead of most people losing money because you willing to try something new. 95% of people loose money on the market. 6. Become an partner of health products, Online business is the future don’t say no until you have read the full story.
7. Here’s a simple one drink 8 glasses of water a day, hopefully purified and make sure its not reverse osmosis that stuff is rubbish. purified water
8. It’s time to take a chance if you need some extra cash get JOB in the oil industry work for a couple of weeks and take the rest of the year off and build you website business. Just a random idea
9. This ones for students and parents who run the home, Give your opinion to marketers and earn cash, this is perfect to fill your down time and make extra cash.
10. The goal for the year is to be remembered as a great person, someone who cares and listens to his/hers family and friends,
