Or you shouldn't.
Granted, finding out how to lose weight quickly is something we immediate-gratification people prefer, and is handy for weddings, proms, reunions, or other upcoming events where we want to get rid of the evidence of our standard eating lifestyle of fast-food binging and late-night snacking.
