Yes, all work is fully guaranteed for 10 years. Your roofline product is also covered by a comprehensive manufacturers warranty.

Q. How long will the installation take?
Depending on the weather, a traditional 3 bed semi would normally take 1-2 days. Detached properties can take up to one week.

Q. What are the payment terms?
Payment is made when the installation is complete, and you the client are
completely happy that all obligations have been carried out.

Q. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured! Certificates of insurance are provided upon request.

Q. How can I be sure your work is carried out to a high standard?
Well, we have probably aready done work in your area and we would be happy to show you a portfolio of homes that you could go and see for yourself if you wish. Most of our business comes from reccomendations, so you can be sure we are commited to achieving 100% total customer satisfaction.
