This is the vertical board that is fitted to the end of the rafters at the lowest point on a roof. Traditionally they were made of timber, which requires maintenance and over time will rot and fail, leaving your roof open to the elements.

We will replace all facia with a high quality PVC-U board from our extensive range of styles and colours to suit the style, architecture and period of your home. Soffits

This is the horizontal board that covers the exposed overhang area of your roof. Traditionally constructed from Timber that will deteriorate over time. Our quality PVC-U replacements will do away with any maintenance or painting issues, and will look fantastic.
