Fascias and Soffits in liverpool and Chester» soffits

I'm looking to vent a bathroom exhuast fan Went to replace & found it was vented to the attic?

The fan isn’t located near the gables, the soffits won’t work & I don’t relish the idea of going through the roof (Mom of 4, big work & I already have too much to do!) This fan vents near an adjoining bathroom fan that vents outside through roof(Go figure?) Can I attach a Y type device @ the roof exit & join 2 vent tubings – 1 from each bathroom? If not any other suggestions?

Should I repair wood siding on my house or replace with vinyl siding?

There is deterioration on several parts of the wood siding as well as in the soffits. Some boards are actually missing. My husband and I are thinking of purchasing home and wanted to know if it would be more beneficial to repair the wood siding or take the rotten boards off and put up vinyl siding. Thanks for the help.

We need to get our soffits, facia and gutters replaced. What should this cost per linear foot?

We live in Dallas, TX. We’d like aluminum, seamless gutters. Soffit/facia – we’d prefer hardy board with continuous soffits or hardy-soffit materials.
